Policies & Reminders

Before booking your appointment, please take the time to read through the following important policies. They help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and me.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy:
You will be considered a no-show after 20 minutes without prior communication. If you do not show up or communicate, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. You can choose to reschedule, but you will be charged another booking fee.

Booking Fee Policy:
A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is applied towards your total service charge. Payment can be made via PayPal through the website this will also include a service fee charge of $1.50. The remainder balance can be paid via Zelle, Cash, Pay Pal, and Apple Pay. You will be charged a service fee if paying through Pay Pal.

Appointment Duration:
As a beginner nail tech, please allow 4-5 hours for your appointment. This time frame may change as I gain experience and efficiency.

Late Fee:
You will be given a 15-minute grace period as long as you communicate with me. After 15 minutes, if you arrive late (16-18 minutes), a $20 late fee will be added to your total.

Extra Guests:
Due to limited seating, extra guests are not allowed during your appointment. Please arrive solo. Any additional guests will be asked to wait in the car or leave. This also includes children, as there will be no availability for childcare. You are welcome to bring an extra guest to watch them at the community park, there are restrooms available there as well. They will just not be able to come inside with you for your appointment duration. Thank you.

Final Reminder:
